A SEALFIT Workout: Grinder PT
In this video, Commander Divine, founder of SEALFIT, introduces Grinder PT exercises for an intense workout.
This new "Grinder PT" involves six simple bodyweight exercises:
- 4-count Jumping Jack
- Air Squat
- 4-count Lunges
- Navy SEAL sit-ups
- 4-count Flutter Kicks
The Grinder PT exercise regimen has three levels:
- Beginners: perform 5 rounds of 20 of each exercise in the order shown (for the 4-count lunges, you will do only 10).
- Intermediate: perform 7 rounds
- Advanced: perform 10 rounds
