The restaurant is called Reviver, and the first of what I hope is many locations opened in May near Columbus Circle in New York City. I know I learned an enormous amount working with Scott over the past two years, and in today's show, Kara talks to Scott about the challenge of creating great-tasting dishes that are also balanced and nutritious, including some tips you can put to use in your own kitchen.
