Which Style Are You?

I'd like to invite you take a DISC assessment to learn more about your communication style. A DISC profile is something that I have used as part of my consulting practice.  Right now (for a limited time) I am offering readers and listeners of The Public Speaker podcast the opportunity to take the assessment (a $100 value) free of charge.

This particular version is very short. It only takes about 10 minutes to complete. However, don't let its brevity fool you.  The results can be edifying and useful.  WIth this particular assessment, as soon as you are done, you will receive a 22-page report which includes a deeper understanding of your use of the styles, as well as an action plan for you to further understand your strengths and areas that need improvement.

Again, this is something I typically offer to my clients as part of my fee, so I encourage you to give it a try.  Even if you've taken a similar asssessment in the past, it's always a good idea to revisit your communication style as you advance in your career.  You may be surprised by the changes.

After you've taken the assessment and learned a bit more about yourself, I challenge you to identify my two primary communication styles. Just shoot me an email and I'll let you know if you're right. It will be a good way to put your new skills to the test.
