Whole Life 360 is designed as a one-day reboot for a healthier lifestyle. Join us in Montclair, New Jersey on March 12, 2016 for a full day of interactive workshops, inspirational presentations, and hands-on demos featuring fitness and mindfulness experts.

Nutrition Diva Monica Reinagel, Get-Fit Guy Ben Greenfield, and the Savvy Pyschologist, Ellen Hendriksen, PhD, will talk in depth about food, fitness, and mental wellness. These expert speakers will share insight on getting rid of habits that are a waste of time and energy and refocus our attention on “new programming” for a more productive life.
