Our guest today is Jules Aron, the best-selling author of Zen and Tonic: Savory and Fresh Cocktails for the Enlightened Drinker and Vegan Cheese: Simple, Delicious, Plant-Based Cheese Recipes. She’s also the author of two books coming out this March: Fresh & Pure: Organically Crafted Beauty Balms & Cleansers and Nourish & Glow: Naturally Beautifying Foods & Elixirs.

It’s January, so a lot of people are thinking about new year, new you, and shaking up their habits and routines. Jules takes an incremental approach to a food and wellness philosophy, encouraging people to add small joys to their routine that have health benefits, rather than focusing on strict diets and eliminating foods they love. In her work, Jules highlights healthier, plant-based versions of total creature comforts and small luxuries, like cocktails and cheese and face masks. Through self-care, Jules introduces ingredients like chia seeds or goji berries that have plenty of health benefits.

Tune in to hear all of Jules' insights!
