The Quick And Dirty
  • Keeping your booty (glutes) strong has a huge impact on your overall body strength.
  • All you need to do this workout is an elastic resistance band and an area of floor big enough for the exercises.
  • This is a perfect workout to do when you need a movement break or as part of your bigger exercise routine.

Get-Fit Guy is excited to introduce you to a new friend, fellow podcaster and fitness coach, Jill de Jong! Here's a quick workout she created just for you.

The exercises in this 8-minute workout are:

  1. Clam
  2. Heel Lift
  3. Fire Hydrant
  4. Booty Pulses

Do each exercise for one minute on each side before moving on to the next exercise.
