There's a reason Greek yogurt is so yummy
Have you tried the new “Greek-style” yogurts that are showing up in grocery stores? There’s no doubt that they are creamy and delicious, but be aware that they can also be much higher in calories than regular yogurt.
Greek-style yogurt is made by straining regular yogurt to remove some of the fluid. The result is a thicker, more concentrated yogurt that contains more protein and calcium per ounce, but also more calories and fat. If you’re counting calories, be sure to read the nutrition facts label!
