1) Sugary Foods: The blood sugar spike from sugary snacks boost insulin production — higher insulin levels may increase acne, though it’s still debated.
For healthy, glowing skin, you can certainly use a moisturizing cream, but healthy foods can help out, too! Increase your intake of vitamins E and C, antioxidants, and beta carotene. Make your own skin treatments with honey and egg whites! And remember — if your whole body is healthy, your skin will be, too.
