Quick Tip: An Inexpensive Alternative to Protein Powder

To add a little extra protein (and calcium) to your meals, add some dried milk powder to smoothies, baked goods, or hot cereal. Just keep in mind that, unlike whey protein powder, dried milk powder is not lactose free. If you’re lactose intolerant or you avoid dairy, this tip is not for you!
