As we conclude another year and reflect on areas we may make improvements, many of us will certainly have fitness goals on that list. When it comes to your New Year’s fitness resolutions, we want to help you make 2023 the most successful yet. We’ve compiled a playlist of excellent tips on setting these goals from some of QDT’s expert hosts.

This time last year, another QDT show host – Rachel Cooke of Modern Mentor – moderated a special panel of Quick and Dirty Tips experts to discuss New Year’s Resolutions and how to achieve your goals. 2022 may be swiftly sinking into the rear view, but the wisdom of our experts holds steady as we turn the page into 2023.

In this resolution roundup, you’ll hear from:

Monica Reinagel, host of Nutrition Diva

Dr. Jonathan Su, previous host of Get-Fit Guy

Laura Adams, host of Money Girl

Rachel Cooke, host of Modern Mentor and moderator

More Useful Tips for Setting Smart Fitness Goals This New Year

Another of our past Get-Fit Guys, Brock Armstrong had some tips to make the most of New Year’s Resolutions for fitness. He shared his take that everyone should consider adding some type of resistance or weight training to their exercise regimen and gave these 12 reasons why.

To round out our resolution playlist we give you another gem from a Get-Fit Guy of yesteryear, Ben Greenfield. Ben shared the top six New Year’s resolution mistakes that he saw many of us making with New Year’s fitness goals.

We wish you successful resolution setting and look forward to providing you advice and tips to continue your growth throughout next year.

Happy New Year!
